ERROR NO 01:
Error Name: Cabin Communication Error
Error Description: Can-Bus line between the Main Card and the Cabin Card does not communicate. It is selected in elevator systems.
*Check Can1 Can-Bus Line.
*Make sure that GND passes on the right and left side of the live and live cables in the flexible cable.
ERROR NO 02:
Error Name: Floor Communication Error
Error Description: Can-Bus line between the Main Board and Floor Serial Cards is not communicating.
*Check Can2 Can-Bus Line.
*Can2 Make sure the termination resistor at the end of the Can-Bus line is installed.
ERROR NO 03:
Error Name: Door Closing Error
Error Description: The door did not reach the closing limit at the end of the lock waiting period.
*Check the door limit (if any) and door lock.
*Check Lock Waiting Time (See B05).
*Check the Door closing A-B(A3-B3) relays on the cabin board.
ERROR NO 04:
Error Name: Door opening error
Error Description: The door opening signal came, but 120-125-130-135-140 was not interrupted.
*Check the door opening/closing connection.
*Check the Door opening A-B(A5-B5) relays on the cabin board.
ERROR NO 05:
Error Name: Operation out of region.
Error Description: The elevator went out of the working zone.
*Check the encoder signal.
*Check the placement of floor magnets.
ERROR NO 06:
Error Name: High Speed Duration Error.
Error Description: In motion., the next floor could not be reached within the specified time.
*Check High Speed Time (See B06).
*Make sure the floor magnets are placed correctly.
ERROR NO 07:
Error Name: ML1 ML2 Error in Docking.
Error Description: No floor magnet found in drift zone
*Check magnet placement.
*Check ramp DO-D1-D2 (See I02-03-04) values.
*Do well recognition again.
ERROR NO 08:
Error Name: Encoder counting error.
Error Description: Encoder counting error.
*Check encoder connections.
ERROR NO 09:
Error Name: Out of region door opening error.
Error Description: There is no ML1-ML2 input in the door opening zone.
*Check ML1-ML2 switch.
*Check floor magnet placement.
ERROR NO 10:
Error Name: Out of zone door closing error.
Error Description: There is no ML1-ML2 input in the door closing zone.
*Check ML1-ML2 switch.
*Check floor magnet placement.
ERROR NO 11:
Error Name: Error 120 in movement.
Error Description: External door safety cut off during movement.
*Check the inner door connection.
ERROR NO 12:
Error Name: Error 125 in transaction.
Error Description: External door safety cut off during movement.
*Check the inner door connection.
ERROR NO 13:
Error Name: Error 130 in movement.
Error Description: External door safety cut off during movement.
*Check the inner door connection.
ERROR NO 14:
Error Name: Error 120 while stopping.
Error Description: Disconnection of standby safety circuits.
*Check stop connections.
ERROR NO 15:
Error Name: KRC error 1.
Error Description: Contactor feedback detected while in motion.
*Check the closed contacts of the contactors.
ERROR NO 16:
Error Name: KRC error 2.
Error Description: Contactor feedback was interrupted while stopping.
*Check the closed contacts of the contactors.
ERROR NO 17:
Error Name: UCM error.
Error Description: The cabin moved in the door opening area.
*Check the magnet inputs.
*Check the door area.
ERROR NO 18:
Error Name: UCM contact error gearless.
Error Description: Controls the brake switch while moving and stopping.
*Check brake switch connections.
ERROR NO 19:
Error Name: UCM contact error gear.
Error Description: Controls the regulator coil switch while moving and stopping.
*Check the switch connection of the regulator coil.
ERROR NO 20:
Error Name: No internal door and external door safety circuit error detected.
Error Description: No internal door and external door safety circuit error detected.
*Check the door safety contacts.
*If there is no door limit, check the door closing time (See C06).
ERROR NO 21:
Error Name: Door bridging error
Error Description: Door did not open at the end of the door opening time detection error.
*Check door connections.
*Check the door safety contacts.
ERROR NO 22:
Error Name: Door bridging error.
Error Description: Doors not opening or bridging in door safety circuits detected.
*Check the door opening-closing outputs.
ERROR NO 23:
Error Name: Upper limit error.
Error Description: Upper upper limit breaker 818 is disabled while in motion.
*Check the upper limit roller switch.
ERROR NO 24:
Error Name: Lower limit error.
Error Description: Upper lower limit breaker 817 has tripped during movement.
*Check the lower limit roller switch.
ERROR NO 25:
Error Name: Inverter error.
Error Description: DFI input is disabled, inverter error detected.
*Check inverter settings.
ERROR NO 26:
Error Name: PTC temperature error.
Error Description: Motor thermistor error detected.
*Check engine temperature.
ERROR NO 27:
Error Name: Timeout
Error Description: Program processing timeout error detected.
*Check time settings.
ERROR NO 28:
Error Name: UPS recovery error.
Error Description: Recovery could not be performed after the UPS recovery maximum time (See H03).
*Check UPS power.
*Check the recovery maximum time (See H03).
ERROR NO 29:
Error Name: Lower-Upper limit is active
Error Description: Lower and upper breaker limits (817-818) were cut at the same time error was detected.
*Check roller limit breakers (817-818).
ERROR NO 30:
Error Name: Leveling error.
Error Description: Leveling could not be done within the leveling time (See B32).
*Check leveling time (See B32).
ERROR NO 31:
Error Name: ML1-ML2 missing error.
Error Description: ML1-ML2 detection error in door opening zone.
*Check the floor stop (ML1-ML2) switch.
*Check the deceleration ramps Ramp DO-D1-D2 (See I02-03-04).
ERROR NO 32:
Error Name: Overload Error
Error Description: Error occurring in case of overload.
*Check the cabin load and overload sensor input (804).
ERROR NO 33:
Error Name: Maximum Load Error
Error Description: Occurs in maximum load condition.
ERROR NO 34:
Error Name: Target Lost error.
Error Description: The destination of the elevator has disappeared.
*Logic error, contact the supplier.
ERROR NO 35:
Error Name: ML1-ML2 missing error at startup.
Error Description: ML1-ML2 could not be seen when the elevator would start moving.
*Check the floor stop (ML1-ML2) switch.
ERROR NO 36:
Error Name: M0 Counter Error.
Error Description: M0 Counter Error.
*Check M0 inputs and magnet placement.
ERROR NO 37:
Error Name: Duplex Communication Error.
Error Description: Communication error in duplex system.
*Check Can3 Can-Bus communication line.
ERROR NO 38:
Error Name: No Movement Error.
Error Description: Movement did not occur even though a movement command was given
*Check inverter settings.
ERROR NO 39:
Error Name: 24V Supply Error.
Error Description: Supply voltage is below 19V.
*Measure 24 volt supply voltage and check the outputs.
ERROR NO 40:
Error Name: Low Speed Duration Error.
Error Description: During docking, the floor could not be reached within the specified time.
*Check Low Speed Time (See B07).
*Make sure the floor magnets are placed correctly.
ERROR NO 41:
Error Name: Phase Sequence Error.
Error Description: The order of RST high voltage inputs is incorrect.
*Check the order of RST high voltage inputs.

Error Name: Missing Phase Error.
Error Description: RST high voltage inputs have missing phase.

Error Name: Error 135 in Transaction.
