Power is supplied, but no screen or motor information appears. LED indicators are not active:

Solution:

*> The fuse may have blown.

*> If some LEDs are active and some are not, the power supply of the card may be damaged.

Power is applied, the screen and LEDs are active, but the motor does not move:

Solution:

*> Check the Motor Cables.

*> Check engine speed information.

*> Check KP and KI parameters.

The door moves uncontrolled and opens and closes rapidly:

Solution:

*> Make sure that the encoder is connected and working.

*> Check the Motor and Encoder directions.

*> Check KP and KI parameters.

If the door opens slowly on some floors:

Solution: The external door mechanism on the floor may be straining. Jamming protocol is activated. To do this, increase the compression parameter value. If this fault occurs intermittently on each floor, renew the identification process and increase the parameter values ​​by 20%.

If the buzzer beeps while the door is closing and the door opens again:

Solution:

*> Check the value of the spoon area parameter.

*> Increase the spoon closing and opening speed.

*> You can increase the jamming parameter.

What does the buzzer sound mean:

Solution: An intermittent buzzer sounds when a jam is detected. If he opens the door and then tries to close it again, this sound will be heard. In case of encoder failure, this sound occurs frequently and the door closes at a slow speed. This is solved by not introducing the door or by changing the jamming parameters.

If position information is not received while the door is moving or in teach mode:

Solution:

*> Check the encoder connection and direction.

*> Check the motor direction.

Working in Emergency:

Solution: For emergencies, 1 battery connected in series can be connected to the AKU+ and AKU- terminals with 12VDC. As long as there is normal power on the card, the batteries will be charged and kept full. In case of power failure, batteries will be activated and operation will continue. The thing to keep in mind when working from batteries is that when the batteries run out or cannot power the engine, operation will stop.

Working with Fire Status and NDG signal:

Solution: Nudging mode, which is activated with the NDG signal in case of fire, allows the door to close slowly even if the photocell is cut off. During this process, the card also gives an audible warning (intermittent beep). In this way, the cabin becomes movable. The aim in this mode is to prevent the door from being kept open.
